Close by you will find 15 kilometres of Blue Flag award winning beaches. 10 – 15 minutes drive gives you the choice of many beaches both quiet and lively.
Oliva Nova golf course is within a 20 minute drive. Recently selected for the Daily Mail Golf Challenge Finals and is regularly the venue for Spanish PGA Pro Tournaments. This is a good measure to how good this course is becoming and is as yet relatively undiscovered by the golf market in the UK.
La Sella golf course, also less than a 20 minute drive is situated in an exclusive location surrounded by beautiful mountains and orange groves and very close to Denia. The existing 18 holes were designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. The fairways are now narrow through a mix of deciduous forest and rugged rocky terrain. Laid out in a lush valley, the back droops are superb. A classic resort golf complex and in beautiful surroundings. The complex also boasts a luxury health spa.
Alicante golf course (a good hours drive) has amazing backdrops of scenery, with a combination of rugged mountain outcrops, the blue Mediterranean and the skyscraper skyline of Alicante City. The course is unique, it has 6 par 3’s. 6 par 4’s and 6 par 5’s. There are also a large number of holes with water, in general the course is treeless and very flat, but a super exhilarating test in golf. Buggies are essential!
