The Accommodation

Upstairs

• Bedroom 1 – Bedroom with option of twin/double bed. Fitted wardrobe space.
• Bedroom 2 – Bedroom with option of twin/double bed. Fitted wardrobe space.
• Bathroom - Comprises bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and bidet.

For families of five, we can provide a Z bed, or for a little one, a cot can be provided.

Downstairs

• WC
• Kitchen - Comprising oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, plenty of cooking equipment should your loved one wish to impress you, and more than enough crockery, glassware etc with which to serve it.
• Lounge/Diner - Elegant dining furniture (see below), comfortable seating, TV with DVD player with a selection of DVD's, CD player again with a selection of CD's but feel free to bring your favourites, and a selection of games and books for your use. Patio doors leading on to……
• Large terrace area - offering extensive views across the orange groves and coastline, with terrace furniture on which to relax and enjoy al fresco dining and, if you wish, there is a gas bar-b-que.

A garage is below the apartment and available for your use and is good storage for cyclists who bring their own bikes

Other services

A welcome pack can be provided for your arrival at a reasonable cost.

If you are arriving in the evening we can provide you with a hot or cold supper.

We will gladly cater for special occasions, so if you want to give champagne, chocolates, flowers or anything else, please ask and we will do our best to help.

We can provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, and sterilizing unit for your little one. If you want us to buy in some baby basics, for example, nappies, wipes, sterilizing tablets, bottled water etc, please ask. We will also baby sit, (but not every night!)

Incidentals

Being set on a hillside the complex does have steps that lead up to the apartment and down to the swimming pool.

Guests are asked to refrain from smoking inside the apartment.

Towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
